Some Statistics that are taken into account to determine the value of your home are:

  • The length of time it takes the average home to sell in your market
  • Other homes in the area that are your “competition”
  • What you can reasonably expect to net when selling your home
  • Additional steps that might enhance the selling process, such as staging and repairs and improvements
